This body-paced online course will guide you through a collection of 22 experiential prompts to (re)generate a sustainable, self-defined and trusting relationship with pleasure-oriented self-care.

This is not your average wellness course that is trying to sell you some perfectionist ideal.

This is a sensual experience that centers you as your own sovereign pleasure expert.

In a pleasure-oppressed*, erotophobic, colonial, cisheteronormative, capitalist, white supremacist, patriarchy, lack of self-care is an ethical + systemic issue. This is bigger than bubble baths and massages. This is about developing an integrated understanding of how essential pleasure is to your thriving.

I want to welcome you into a communal space that ripples far beyond 22 days, supporting you in building long-lasting liberation + unlocking the pleasure continuum that already exists within you.

*I learned the term "pleasure-oppression" from the incredible Luna Dietrich aka the Pussy Witch

We often postpone the pleasure that exists right now because of an idea that pleasure lies in the future.

The thing is, once we place our pleasure in the future, that’s where pleasure stays. We’ll always be chasing pleasure without ever managing to catch it.

I want your pleasure to feel accessible, integrated and intimately yours.

"What I received from this work was the gift of realizing that the person I already am is the person I want to be. I am learning to trust my inherent goodness and power, I am learning to cultivate my natural sexual desires, I am learning how to honor and prioritize my body, regard her needs as important and non-negotiable . I could not be more grateful to Che Che for guiding me as I step into this space of discovery."

“Lessons that I had been hoping to learn and internalize for YEARS finally became real for me, and it feels amazing to finally FEEL the things I had been pretending to feel for so long. To realize how different it feels. I feel privileged to be on this side of things now. Thank you thank you <3”

    Frequently Asked Questions

How long will I have access to the course materials?
You will have access to the online course materials for a minimum of 1 year. This self-guided course allows you to move at the pace of your own body, without the stress of time restrictions.
What sort of ballpark time investment would you say this requires?
Each prompt is between 5-15 minutes long, and there are 22 prompts total. My invitation for you is to pick an amount of time per week to move through the course that feels tangible, and put it in your calendar. Show up for it like you would show up for a dear friend. If you notice that the schedule you have set feels like too much, slow it down and titrate your learning even more. There is no rush to get through this course. Whether it’s 30 minutes per day or 30 minutes per week, what works for you and your body is what matters. Reminder that a lot of the healing happens in-between direct engagement with the content too! My hope is that pleasure becomes a more integrated practice for you both within and beyond this course.
What if I feel scared to say yes to this?
It’s totally normal to feel scared! Remember that you can be safe AND uncomfortable at the same time! If there is something pulling you to this experience, I believe that it is because a part of you knows that it will be of valuable impact. BUT/AND ALSO, my invitation for you is to make some space for clarity so you can really listen to your body and discern what you are feeling. It's okay not to feel a "big full YES", and instead be feeling a "YES, AND... I'm also (anxious, apprehensive, tired, fill in the blank here)". If you can identify an autonomous yes in your body/mind/spirit, then I invite you to lean in and see what is on the other side of your fear.
What exactly does this course include?
An online portal of 22 experiential pleasure prompts. Each prompt comes with an introduction, practice container, journal prompts and a juicy invitation to share with other folx taking the course. You will have access to this online portal for at least 1 year.
    Can I get a refund?
No, I cannot offer refunds for digital content that can be downloaded and viewed.
I would like to pay for someone else's education who has financial barriers. How do I do that?
That’s amazing! Thank you for your generosity. You can paypal to [email protected] with the note "Sensual Self-Care Academy Community Support" and I will make sure it goes to folx who need it!
Can you explain what each pleasure guide offers in the course?
Heck yes! The pleasure guides are folx who have demonstrated a specific prompt. You will find demos for 7 of the 22 prompts.
If someone signs up 2 weeks from now, do they miss material / live sessions?
Nope! This course is all pre-recorded, so there are no live classes! When you sign up, you gain access to all the material and can login/out at your own pace.
Are there exercises to do with partners, or just solo play?
I designed each of the prompts to be done first as solo play, with the intention the you can then choose which ones you'd like to share with partners! I've shared majority of the prompts with my partners and it's been a really sacred, sexy and intimate experience. 🥰
If I have experienced sexual trauma, is this a good fit for me?
It depends. While this offering is trauma-aware, it is also pre-recorded and not live so I encourage you to sign up only if you are simultaneously seeing a therapist and/or you feel a clear inner yes to diving into body-based practices right now.

"I've learned to view my body as a vessel of love and holiness. I can witness her curves, the dimples in my skin and instead of judgement I am in awe of the miraculous nature of my existence."
